In collaboration with Drukwerkdeal, EMS2026 offers a poster printing service for onsite poster presenters organized by our local hosts.

Presenters can order their poster on the website of the copy centre to be printed and delivered to KNMI. The local organizing committee will transport all posters to the conference venue (Jaarbeurs).

Please note that the presenters are responsible for collecting the poster at the information desk and setting it up on the poster board assigned to them.

If you want to use this service, please follow the step-by-step instructions below.

The deadline for sending your poster to the copy centre is Friday, 21 August 2026.

The price for a paper poster 119x84cm using the recommended settings is 18,70€ + VAT.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Navigate to https://www.drukwerkdeal.nl/

  2. In the search menu type "poster A0", and click on the "A0 posters" entry.

  3. On the next page select "A0 (840x1189 mm)":

  4. Under "Materiaal" choose "Blueback"

  5. Under "Gewicht" choose "115 g/m2".

  6. Under "Bedrukking" choose "Enkelzijdig Full Color" (single sided-full color).

  7. Under "Afwerking", choose "Geen Afwerking"

  8. Under "Kies Oplage en Levering" choose 1

  9. Under "Selecteer je service" choose "Upload je eigen bestanden".

  10. Check you selected choices, it should look as follows:

  11. At the bottom, click the button "Lever je ontwerp aan". A window to upload your pptx, or pdf will open. Upload your file in the left column "Bestanden Uploaden":

  12. Align your image and flag "Ik ga akkoord met dit eindresultaat en wil dat jullie de productie starten!" (in the right column). Next, click "Aanleveren".

  13. You will see the following summary:

  14. Next click "Naar Levering". You may first need to make an account if you do not have one yet. Then the website will ask for "Naar Gegevens"

  15. In "Afleveradres" (Delivery address), Enter the following

  16. Go to "Naar betaalmethode" to complete the payment. Select your preference and click "Bestelling plaatsen".

  17. The following window will appear. You finalize the order by the payment under the button "Rond betaling af", which will lead you to your payment environment.
