For side meetings organized by participants during the course of the conference, 6–11 September 2026, the EMS has reserved extra rooms free of charge for the side meeting organizer(s).

Rooms and technical equipment

Both side meeting rooms will be equipped for hybrid meetings. Breakout room 3 offers seating for 48 participants in theatre style and Breakout room 5 offers seating for 22 participants around a long meeting table.

Laptops will not be provided and must be brought by the organizer of the side meeting. Furthermore, please be aware that zoom access will not be provided and a video call software has to be set up by the side meeting organizers themselves, respectively.

Booking

Please proceed to the request form to request a side meeting. Your request will be handled on a first come first served basis. Your side meeting will be scheduled after a review process, which may take several days.
